Position: NAC Constructors HSE Advisor Role
Location: innisfil

Be an HSE leader with North America Construction as an Intermediate Advisor managing safety at the Lakeshore Waste Water Treatment plant in Innisfil, ON. Drive continuous improvement and ensure a safe working environment throughout the project.
Reporting to the HSE Director, you will oversee all aspects of health, safety, and environmental management. Your responsibilities include managing risks, conducting training, and interacting with regulatory bodies. This role is vital for ensuring compliance and promoting a culture of safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide the project team with HSE guidance and oversight

• Manage HSE performance metrics and reporting

• Lead incident investigations and develop corrective actions

• Carry out HSE inspections regularly on-site

• Deliver effective HSE training and orientation sessions
Requirements:

• Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety or equivalent

• 4-8 years in large-scale industrial projects

• Strong analytical skills to interpret safety standards

• Proficiency with MS Office tools

• Valid WHMIS and First Aid certification preferred
