Join Toromont Remanufacturing as a Process Engineering Specialist in Bradford, ON. You will enhance automation, optimize operations, and drive continuous improvement initiatives in this full-time role.
As a key member of the team, you'll utilize your expertise to develop technical documentation, maintain robotic systems, and improve facility performance. Your responsibilities include analyzing operational workflows and implementing enhancements for efficiency. Safety and compliance will be prioritized as you contribute to the health and safety initiatives of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain process maps and technical specifications

• Develop and troubleshoot robotic programs for production tasks

• Monitor equipment condition and recommend repairs or replacements

• Perform root cause analysis to identify trends and corrective actions

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using appropriate methodologies
Requirements:

• 3 to 6 years of relevant engineering experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Electrical

• Experience in robotic programming and reliability engineering

• Knowledge of hydraulics and heavy equipment systems

• Strong background in safety implementation and audit support
