As part of the Water and Land Development team, you will manage various municipal projects while providing engineering expertise through all phases. Your responsibilities will include overseeing budgets, schedules, and risks, while ensuring project deliverables are met. Collaborating with engineers and supporting staff, you’ll also coach project teams for optimal performance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage water and wastewater pumping station projects
• Provide technical expertise in project design and analysis
• Liaise with clients, agencies, and contractors
• Prepare proposals, reports, and project documentation
• Mentor and train project teams for success
Requirements:
• Licensed Professional Engineer (P.Eng) in Ontario
• 8+ years experience in pumping station design
• Project management experience preferred
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Proven ability to manage timelines and budgets
