Burnside is on the lookout for a Structural Lead who thrives in a client-focused consultative environment. You will utilize your extensive experience in structural design to oversee a variety of projects, connecting with diverse clients and guiding junior staff toward their professional growth while ensuring high-quality deliverables.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own client relationships and identify growth opportunities
• Manage structural projects from inception to completion
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, meeting their strategic needs
• Enhance business development through proposal support
• Mentor junior engineers and promote skills development
Requirements:
• Ten years of experience in structural design
• P.Eng. designation or strong technical background
• Experience in consulting within a client-driven environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Structural Engineering
• Strong knowledge of building codes and standards
