In this pivotal role within Raytheon ELCAN's Assembly and Test Department, you'll be responsible for defining, implementing, and documenting assembly and test processes. Your contribution will be essential in delivering optical product capabilities that meet high standards, while you work with advanced tools and techniques in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Read and implement optical assembly specifications

• Conduct comprehensive optical system tests

• Analyze cost estimates and process times

• Define tools and equipment for effective assembly

• Document and facilitate training for assembly operators

Requirements:

• Master’s or Bachelor’s in Engineering Physics or related field

• At least 3 years in a manufacturing support role

• Proficiency in MS Office and strong communication skills

• Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities
