Position: Automotive Mechanical Engineering Role
Join Honda of Canada Mfg. as a Mechanical Engineering Associate and play a key role in automotive innovation. This role centers on managing projects and optimizing equipment design and specifications.

As part of the world-class manufacturing team, you will handle project management, lead equipment installations, and ensure operational efficiency. Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting and improving equipment safety and performance, while actively participating in Honda's sustainability initiatives to meet the Triple Zero goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead diverse projects with budget oversight and resource management

• Develop equipment specifications in collaboration with internal departments

• Create and modify CAD drawings for new and existing equipment

• Support installation and testing phases of engineering projects

• Document and report on project status and Root Cause Analysis findings

Requirements:

• Mechanical degree or relevant diploma

• Experience with CAD software like Catia and AutoCAD

• Understanding of automation and troubleshooting

• Strong project management capabilities

• Familiarity with reporting tools in Microsoft Office
