Raytheon ELCAN is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Configuration Management Specialist to join our Compliance Management team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and control of product configuration data across the product lifecycle. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to build a career in configuration management within a dynamic and supportive team environment.

What You Will Do:

Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of configuration management processes and tools.

Support the creation, modification, and control of configuration documentation, including drawings, specifications, and change orders.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, manufacturing, and quality assurance, to ensure configuration data is accurate and up-to-date.

Perform data entry and verification tasks related to configuration baselines and change control.

Provide administrative support to function as needed

Qualifications You Must Have:

Minimum 2-5 years experience in optical/mechanical parts and assembly manufacturing an asset

Able to comprehend technical documents at a basic level

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Willingness to learn and acquire knowledge/understanding through study, instruction or experience

Qualifications We Prefer:

Highly motivated with a demonstrated positive attitude

Knowledge of LN, Product Center and/or other ERP and PLM or data management is an asset

Basic experience with change management and version control is an asset

Basic understanding of Global Trade, Engineering and Configuration policies and procedures
