As a Junior Geotechnical Engineer at EXP, you'll engage with a collaborative team focused on innovative solutions. This role emphasizes hands-on experience with construction sites, materials testing, and problem-solving. Your work will involve performing field investigations, testing soil compaction, and supporting engineers in technical documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct subgrade evaluations for infrastructure and construction projects

• Perform field testing, including soil compaction and concrete assessments

• Record and document field data and observations accurately

• Communicate site conditions and results to project teams

• Assist with reviewing construction drawings and geotechnical recommendations

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Geological, or Geotechnical Engineering

• Eligibility for EIT registration preferred

• Strong interest in geotechnical engineering and fieldwork

• Familiarity with construction drawings and specifications

• Excellent communication skills, valid driver’s license
