Drive success in municipal wastewater infrastructure as RVA's Senior Contract Administrator. Engage with diverse projects while ensuring compliance and quality at every stage.
This role encompasses managing various infrastructure assignments, including water distribution and sanitary systems. You will take charge of technical issues in collaboration with clients and contractors, maintain quality assurance, and oversee project lifecycle from initiation to closeout. Your leadership will influence project outcomes through effective communication and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities:
• Resolve technical issues collaboratively in the field
• Prepare RFQs and manage change order discussions
• Oversee compliance with statutory requirements
• Coordinate testing and commissioning activities
• Maintain comprehensive QA/QC records
Requirements:
• Minimum 6 years in field-based contract administration
• C.E.T. certification or engineering degree with P.Eng. eligibility
• Strong experience in vertical infrastructure supervision
• Ability to interpret technical documents
• Proven teamwork and decision-making under pressure
