Providing direction to toolmakers and maintaining tooling records will be essential parts of this role, enhancing efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead tooling improvement modifications with team oversight

• Manage key activities and budget for tooling modifications

• Coordinate cross-functional team responsibilities effectively

• Create and manage tooling PFMEA’s for new projects

• Oversee spare component acquisition and PM setup
