Key Responsibilities:

• Develop production area models using CAD and performance metrics

• Analyze data to identify operational improvements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or similar

• 3+ years in a manufacturing environment, defense preferred

• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles

• Experience with capacity analysis and production systems

• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
