Key Responsibilities:

• Create technical specifications and process documentation

• Develop and test robotic production programs

• Ensure equipment uptime through monitoring and maintenance

• Conduct root cause analyses on operational failures

• Initiate continuous improvement initiatives and audits

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 to 6 years of relevant experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Electrical Engineering

• Proficient in robotic programming and reliability engineering

• Knowledge of hydraulic and automotive systems

• Strong skills in safety compliance and auditing
