Position: Assistant Project Coordinator/Co-op Student (Civil Construction)
Location: Bradford West Gwillimbury

Assistant Project Coordinator/Co-op Student (Civil Construction) Term:
Starting September 2026 TERM: 8 or 12 Month Term Preferred

As an Assistant Project Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to support our Project Managers & Superintendents in the delivery of our exciting Civil projects. The focus of your role will be to maintain contract documentation, support estimating and assisting with the preparation of budgets and schedules. We work on a variety of types of contracts such as Design Build, Plan and Spec and Construction Management and you would gain experience on all of these.

Please note A vehicle will be required to visit project sites, as the locations are not easily accessible by public transit.

You will be involved in:
  • Update and maintain purchase order logs, shop drawing and submittal logs, and plan logs.
  • Gain an understanding of how to select suppliers and sub-trades and obtaining quotations.
  • Assisting with and/or clarifying scope of work with sub-trades and suppliers.
  • Ensuring there is a continuous focus on site safety in accordance with regulatory requirements as well as our Corporate Health and Safety Policy.
  • Attending site meetings and assisting in the completion of project deficiencies.
  • Tracking and keeping inventory of supplies to ensure they arrive on schedule and are tracked.
To be considered for this role you will have:
  • A full-time student enrolled in a related post-secondary program of study (i.e. Architectural Technology, Construction Management or Civil Engineering)
  • Be a new graduate from a related program of study who completed studies in 2026.
  • Experience with Microsoft Project and Microsoft Excel would be an asset.

Pay Range: $21 - $26 / hour (depending on previous experience)

Location:

Site based role in Bradford, Ontario on the Victoria Reservoir project.
