Job Type: Permanent, full-time Schedule: 30 hours per week Wage: $60,000 annually

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications to determine dimensions, layouts, and material requirements for precast construction projects.
• Assist in developing engineering specifications and technical drawings to support project planning, manufacturing, and site installation activities.
• Prepare construction specifications, material take-offs, and cost estimates for ongoing projects.
• Prepare and revise engineering designs and CAD drawings while ensuring compliance with project requirements and applicable building codes.
• Prepare and maintain project schedules and coordinate with managers, supervisors, and production teams to support timely project completion.
• Coordinate technical documentation, drawing revisions, and site information between engineering and construction teams.
• Ensure engineering drawings and specifications meet quality, safety, and project standards.

• Language:

• Education:
  
  Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience:
  
  2 to less than 3 years of experience in carpentry, modular construction, precast systems, or related construction environments.
• Equipment and machinery experience:
  Steel-toed safety boots and basic hand tools.
