In this leadership position, you will cultivate strategic relationships and guide RVA's Infrastructure initiatives from our Barrie location. With 20 years of experience in engineering consulting, you will manage diverse projects, oversee budgetary constraints, and enhance team performance. Your strategic approach will be essential in supporting efforts across Municipal, Water, and Transportation sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
• Spearhead business development initiatives in Ontario
• Oversee project management and execution strategies
• Support proposal preparation and budgeting processes
• Liaise with stakeholders and regulatory agencies
• Conduct master plans and environmental assessments
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
• P. Eng license in Ontario required
• 20+ years of relevant industry experience
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Knowledge of design and construction methodologies
