Position: Senior Civil Engineer for Transportation Projects

RVA is inviting applications for a Senior Engineer position on its Transportation team. You will play a vital role in developing preliminary and detailed designs, ensuring compliance with various regulatory bodies. Your proficiency in Civil3D, mentoring abilities, and project management experience will be essential in delivering successful projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee design for roads and infrastructure projects

• Develop and manage approval agency queries

• Ensure all designs meet TAC/MTO standards

• Mentor junior engineers and provide design guidance

• Coordinate project deliverables with internal and external teams

Requirements:

• At least 15 years in transportation design engineering

• Degree in Civil Engineering from accredited institution

• Current P.Eng designation in Ontario

• Experienced in both AutoCAD and Microstation

• Familiar with stormwater management and constructability aspects
