Join us as a Senior Process Engineer and play a pivotal role in shaping effective manufacturing processes. Your expertise in Lean practices and risk management will drive operational success.
As a Senior Process Engineer, you will lead major initiatives focused on improving plant performance and product quality. With at least seven years in high-speed consumer product manufacturing, you will apply your engineering knowledge and project management skills to tackle complex challenges.
Your role also includes troubleshooting and training support to boost team capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute product and process trials for efficiency
• Lead major improvement initiatives in the plant
• Manage safety work teams and training documentation
• Analyze and address root causes of process issues
• Participate in equipment selection and installation oversight
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or a closely related field
• Minimum seven years of industrial experience
• Proficiency in Lean and Six Sigma
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Safety-focused with multitasking abilities
