As a Senior Municipal Engineer, you will oversee the design and management of essential infrastructure projects, including roads and wastewater systems. Collaboration is key, as you'll mentor junior team members and work with existing management to drive project success and quality. You will also establish vital relationships with municipal clients to enhance business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead infrastructure design for various municipal projects
• Direct project management from concept to construction
• Mentor and develop junior and intermediate engineers
• Engage in client relations and proposal developments
• Review designs as part of the quality assurance process
Requirements:
• Minimum of 7 years of municipal infrastructure engineering experience
• Possess a P.Eng. designation or eligibility in Ontario
• Strong client management and project leadership skills
• Initiative in fostering team growth and mentorship
• Experience in interdisciplinary project collaboration
