As a permanent Manufacturing Engineer, you’ll spearhead engineering projects while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Your expertise will drive continuous improvement in manufacturing processes, optimize equipment performance, and contribute to innovative solutions. This hands-on role offers thrilling opportunities to impact safety and quality across our plant operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead engineering projects from analysis to production readiness
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives for manufacturing processes
• Collaborate with teams to resolve technical challenges
• Develop project plans, budgets, and timelines
• Support plant layout and workflow optimization
Requirements:
• Post-secondary degree in Engineering (Mechanical preferred)
• 2+ years in a manufacturing or industrial environment
• Project coordination experience and knowledge of CAD tools
• Strong problem-solving abilities and effective communication skills
• Valid driver’s license for local travel
