In this role, you'll be responsible for leading the packaging development for new product initiatives, ensuring they are high-performance and sustainable. Collaborate with multiple teams and external suppliers to meet packaging specifications that support Napoleon’s commitment to quality and environmental standards, while also conducting thorough testing and compliance evaluation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct packaging development for new and innovative products
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet quality standards
• Conduct rigorous testing and validation of packaging solutions
• Responsible for material selection and optimization
• Maintain records for audit compliance and regulatory purposes
Requirements:
• Degree in Packaging Engineering or related field
• At least 5 years in packaging engineering with NPD focus
• Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma and relevant certifications preferred
• Proficiency in CAD and packaging design tools
• Strong collaboration skills with suppliers and internal teams
