Lead civil design projects using Civil 3D and advanced grading, drainage, roadway, and municipal infrastructure expertise. This full-time position supports multidisciplinary teams.
This Intermediate and Senior Civil Designer role requires 10+ years of relevant civil design experience. Apply AutoCAD, Civil 3D, InRoads, and Open Roads across site development, transportation, and municipal infrastructure projects. Guide junior designers while coordinating accurate, constructible, standards-compliant designs with engineers, project managers, clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and review civil drawings, plans, and technical documentation
- Calculate grading, drainage, roadway, and utility network designs
- Coordinate multidisciplinary design efforts for project alignment and constructability
- Incorporate survey, geotechnical, and regulatory information into designs
- Mentor junior designers and support project planning and proposals
- Degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or related field
- 10+ years of relevant civil design experience
- Proficiency with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, InRoads, and Open Roads
- Strong technical, organizational, and communication skills
- Experience mentoring and coordinating multidisciplinary design work
