We have 2 open vacancies for Full Time Seasonal Service Advisors in Innisfil, Ontario.
In this role, you’ll be the main point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and guidance throughout their service experience. You’ll coordinate service appointments, manage repair orders, and ensure smooth communication between our customers and technicians. This role is all about delivering top-notch customer service, organization, and teamwork.

Compensation:$20 - $25 per hour, based on experience
What will you be doing?- Greet clients with a smile and provide exceptional customer service
- Answer phone calls promptly and professionally
- Process sales efficiently and accurately
- Check-in and check-out boats ensuring a smooth experience for our customers
- Collaborate with the service shop on identifying parts/accessories that add value to our customers
- Co-ordinate service appointments and technician tasks to keep operations running smoothly
- Provide expert phone troubleshooting and maximize sales opportunities
- Conduct boat and accessory orientations and follow-up programs to build lasting relationships
- Handle parts inquiries and sales with knowledge and efficiency
- Organize store displays and maintain a visually appealing, well‑stocked environment
- Create service and work orders, access and update customer information, monitor scheduling and accuracy in Salesforce
- Perform cleaning, deliveries, and light mechanical tasks to contribute to a clean and well‑maintained workspace
- Participate in inventory counts and training to stay updated on products and procedures
- Passionate about boating, you have a genuine interest in delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.
- You have strong interpersonal skills and a positive, can‑do attitude that shines through in all interactions.
- Your excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities help you navigate challenges with ease.
