Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and motivate participants in the program
• Coordinate artist schedules and workshop attendance
• Complete timely reports and data entry duties
• Facilitate professional development workshops
• Ensure adherence to safety and company policies
Requirements:
• Nearly graduated in Music or a similar field
• 1-2 years of experience in leadership roles
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and communication platforms
