Position: Musician Showcase Performance
Participate in a dynamic Showcase Performance Program in Barrie, ON, where musical talent and engagement shine. Showcase your skills on stage while participating in rehearsals and public performances.

In this role, aspiring musicians will demonstrate fluency and mastery on their instrument while following directions from the Music Director and Production Team. Candidates are selected through an in-person audition or live video audition for out-of-province applicants. Rehearsals are held Monday through Thursday, leading up to notable summer events like festivals and community celebrations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Learn and memorize new performance repertoire

• Engage in career development workshops and training

• Deliver high-quality entertainment at community events

• Set up and take down performance equipment safely

• Complete administrative tasks with accuracy

Requirements:

• Ability to perform fluently on your instrument

• Attend all scheduled rehearsals and performances

• Competent communication via electronic means

• Maintain professional workplace behavior

• Willingness to use assigned PPE and follow safety protocols
