Lead the Ticket Ushers as a part-time House Supervisor at Casino Rama Resort. This role focuses on enhancing guest experience while ensuring team compliance with safety and entertainment policies.
As a House Supervisor at Casino Rama Resort, you will manage and motivate the Ticket Ushers in the Entertainment Centre. This position involves hiring, training, and conducting performance evaluations while addressing patron inquiries and emergencies.
Your role is crucial in maintaining a safe environment and promoting positive staff morale through effective coaching.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and train Ticket Ushers for optimal performance
• Address and resolve escalated patron inquiries and issues
• Lead staff responses during emergency situation evacuations
• Maintain compliance with safety and regulatory policies
• Prepare reports and manage communication boards
Requirements:
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and e-mail
• Familiar with Entertainment Centre policies
• WHMIS certified and trained in Smart Play
• Ability to lift/push/pull up to 50 pounds
