Elevate patron experiences by becoming a House Supervisor at Casino Rama's Entertainment Centre. Oversee Ticket Ushers, manage inquiries, and ensure safety during events.

As a part-time House Supervisor, your primary focus will be on supervising and training staff, responding to patron needs, and leading emergency protocols. You will also play a key role in developing operational policies, enhancing team morale, and facilitating effective communication across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise Ticket Ushers and provide training strategies

• Address escalated patron concerns and ensure policy adherence

• Lead emergency protocol execution and staff preparedness

• Coordinate Front of House policy developments and communications

• Maintain a clean, safe, and hazard-free environment

Requirements:

• Strong communication and Microsoft Office capabilities

• Familiarity with Entertainment Centre operations and policies

• WHMIS and Play Smart certifications preferred

• Capacity to lift/push/pull 50 pounds

• Previous supervisory experience advantageous
