Part-Time Entertainment Centre Supervisor

Location: Rama

Supervise Ticket Ushers at Casino Rama Resort as a part-time Entertainment Centre Supervisor. This role focuses on guest assistance and team management during events.

In this position, you will lead the Ticket Ushers in providing exceptional service at Casino Rama Resort. Your responsibilities involve hiring, training, and evaluating staff, while also addressing patron issues proactively. You will play a vital role in emergency management and the overall safety of the Entertainment Centre.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and mentor Ticket Ushers in daily tasks

• Resolve patron concerns and ensure a welcoming environment

• Lead emergency evacuations and enforce safety protocols

• Prepare communication boards and incident reports

• Monitor and maintain compliance with relevant policies

Requirements:

• Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite

• Familiar with Entertainment Centre standards

• WHMIS and Smart Play training

• Ability to lift/push/pull items weighing up to 50 pounds
