Become a valued member of the Food & Beverage department at Casino Rama as a frontline Outlet Greeter. Deliver top-notch service and create memorable experiences for guests.
At Casino Rama, we are searching for customer-oriented individuals who can thrive in our bustling dining atmosphere. As an Outlet Greeter, your main tasks will revolve around seating guests and supporting various outlets and banquets. You'll engage directly with guests, ensuring they feel welcomed and taken care of throughout their visit.
Key Responsibilities:
• Uphold a professional appearance and demeanor
• Directly provide superior customer service at all times
• Handle guest complaints and communicate with management
• Control seating flow and assist with reservations
• Maintain cleanliness in the restaurant lobby
Requirements:
• Experience in a similar customer service role preferred
• Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks
• Must stand for extended periods during shifts
• Smart Serve certification is an asset
