Position: Amusement Cashier at The Rec Room
Elevate guest experiences as an Amusement Cashier at The Rec Room. You will manage transactions, assist guests, and promote fun-filled activities while following our top-notch service standards.

As an Amusement Cashier, your primary responsibility is to deliver outstanding service and ensure all transactions adhere to Rec Room policies. In addition to cash handling, you will upsell retail items and educate guests on event offerings.

Your role involves engaging with guests of all ages to promote a memorable entertainment experience.

• Maintain and clean the cashier counter effectively

• Deliver exceptional service to all guests

• Process transactions with precision and accuracy

• Upsell prizes and educate guests on product functions

• Manage event set up and tear down as required

Requirements:

• Attention to detail in all tasks

• Customer service experience preferred

• Quick addition and problem-solving skills

• Strong communication abilities

• Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs
