Casino Rama seeks customer service professionals for part-time Outlet Greeter positions. In this role, you will be pivotal in greeting and seating guests while supporting restaurant operations. Your ability to communicate effectively and manage seating will greatly enhance the dining experience for all visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
• Present a polished appearance in accordance with company standards
• Foster excellent guest relations and service etiquette
• Address guest concerns and notify management of issues
• Manage seating arrangements efficiently
• Keep lobby areas clean and welcoming
Requirements:
• Preferred prior experience in a fast-paced customer service role
• Strong verbal communication skills in English
• Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
• Must be capable of standing for long hours
• Smart Serve certification is advantageous
