Gateway Casinos is seeking an experienced Gaming Operations Supervisor to oversee daily table activities and mentor dealers. This full-time role requires leadership skills, knowledge of casino games like Blackjack and Baccarat, and the ability to uphold high customer service standards. You will actively engage with staff and customers, resolving disputes and promoting events actively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and mentor dealers, evaluating performance

• Ensure excellence in customer service while on duty

• Monitor table floats and game irregularities

• Stay updated on policies, regulations, and casino operations

• Participate in marketing initiatives and events promotion

Requirements:

• 1-2 years as a dealer in Blackjack and Baccarat

• Knowledge of Roulette and Poker is an asset

• Supervisory experience in gaming or related roles

• Ability to obtain registration as a Gaming Assistant

• Strong communication and multitasking skills
