Job summary

Role and responsibilities
  • Perform full-cycle accounting, including month-end entries and balance sheet reconciliations for corporate and US entities
  • Prepare bank reconciliations, subledger to GL reconciliations, and monitor accruals and prepaid expenses for corporate and US entities
  • Prepare monthly financial statements and explain variances vs. budget and prior year
  • Collaborate with operations to build annual budgets and forecasts
  • Prepare monthly consolidation for the group
  • Produce financial KPIs and dashboards related to company performance
  • Maintain the documentation and calculation for transfer pricing strategy
  • Maintain and implement statutory policies
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives
  • Provide ad hoc analyses and reporting as needed
  • Support the implementation of ERP systems
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business Administration
  • CPA designation (completed or in progress)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting or a similar financial role
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • High level of initiative, autonomy, and versatility
  • Comfortable preparing or analyzing reports for the USA
