We are seeking a dedicated full-time Mortgage Agent to join our team in Barrie, ON. This on-site role involves assisting clients in evaluating their financial profiles, providing accurate and reliable mortgage advice, and developing customized lending solutions. The Mortgage Agent will engage in mortgage marketing, prepare loan applications, and collaborate with lenders to secure favorable terms for clients. Building and maintaining client relationships, staying updated on industry regulations, and ensuring compliance standards are also key aspects of this role.

• Knowledge and experience in Mortgage Industry, Mortgage Lending, and Mortgages
• Proficiency in Mortgage Servicing and understanding of Mortgage Marketing strategies
• Strong networking and client relationship-building skills
• Familiarity with mortgage regulatory compliance and industry standards
• Ability to analyze financial documents and develop tailored loan solutions
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ontario Mortgage Agent License is required
• Experience in the financial services or banking industry is an asset
