Location: HuntsvilleAssistant Branch Manager (Permanent, Full-time)
Location: Huntsville, ON
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Saturday
Rate of Pay: $1,141.04 - $1,828.04 per week (plus applicable benefits)
Compensation:
Compensation for this position is determined by skills, experience, and education. It is aligned with the locations market data, as well as internal equity. Candidates whose qualifications more closely align with the job requirements may be placed higher within the compensation range. Description:
As an Assistant Branch Manager, you will:
Contribute to the success of the Credit Union by creating member loyalty and providing member service excellenceAssist and support all branch operational and human resources functions as requiredAnticipate and determine the needs of members. Transact requests or refer the member to the suitable service areaIdentify and generate sales opportunities; cross sell all Credit Union products and services and participate in sales programs and initiatives to attain individual, branch and organizational goalsMaintain branch treasury and cash levelsAssist member service staff with member inquiries
Assist with creating and maintaining a supportive environment and address performance problems quickly and effectivelyAssist with setting specific goals for service results, help employees develop action plans and coach employees to reach goalsEffectively build and maintain teamwork and is a role model of all expected staff behaviorsQualifications:
Post secondary education with emphasis in business, financial planning or human resourcesThree to five years of financial services experienceThree years of proven management or supervisory experienceThree years of sales, service and administration experienceTwo years of consumer lending experienceMutual Funds License or Financial Planning Designation would be an assetAt Kawartha Financial Services diversity and inclusion are reflected in our core values and highlighted in our care for others.
