Location: Collingwood
Support CIBC clients onsite in Collingwood through financial services knowledge, transaction assistance, and meaningful everyday banking interactions.
As a Client Service Representative on the Personal and Business Banking Team, you will support clients in a Banking Center. You will answer questions, assist with transactions, and connect clients with appropriate team members. The regular position is onsite full-time, with 15 weekly hours, and requires flexibility across banking centre hours and nearby locations.
Key Responsibilities:- Help clients manage accounts and financial products
- Answer questions about day-to-day banking needs
- Assist clients with transactions and issue resolution
- Connect clients with appropriate team members
- Introduce mobile banking applications and technology
- Client-first approach focused on meaningful interactions
- Problem-solving skills using listening and thoughtful questions
- Knowledge of financial services products
- Digital literacy and interest in learning technology
- Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and nearby banking centres
