This full-time, permanent position supports small business owners, farmers, contractors, tradespeople, and self-employed professionals. You will independently manage corporate tax compliance, planning, and challenging files from start to finish. The role combines client service, relationship building, tax software, and practical financial guidance for Members.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide accurate tax and accounting advice to FBC Members
Prepare and review personal and corporate tax returns
Identify Member needs and connect specialists within FBC
Maintain accurate records of Member interactions and services
Build relationships encouraging referrals and long-term engagement
Requirements:
Two-plus years with a tax preparation or accounting firm
Two-plus years preparing complex corporate tax returns
Tax preparation and accounting software proficiency
Experience preparing returns for farms and small businesses
Valid driver’s licence, vehicle registration, and reliable vehicle
Bring corporate tax planning, client service, and analytical problem-solving skills to FBC Members throughout the Owen Sound region.
