TD Customer Experience Banking Representative

Deliver exceptional customer experiences at TD by recommending banking solutions, processing transactions, and resolving concerns accurately. Permanent, full-time, and part-time options are available.

This customer-facing banking representative position focuses on understanding customer needs and advising suitable solutions. You will process deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments while following procedures, regulations, and TD’s Code of Conduct. Strong communication, organization, and time management support consistent service.

• Process deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments accurately
• Determine customer needs and recommend suitable banking solutions
• Resolve concerns and escalate non-standard activities when necessary
• Promote banking solutions while completing processes promptly
• Recommend operational improvements supporting quality customer experiences

• High School diploma or one year relevant experience
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent is an asset
• Knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, and internet
• Strong administration, organization, planning, and time management skills
• Calm, courteous, effective verbal and written communication
