The Verification Team Lead guides analysts who verify applicant income, employment, and supporting documentation. You will oversee quality, productivity, service expectations, and policy adherence. The role supports sound lending decisions, Dealer relationships, escalated files, and deal closures through cross-department collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead, coach, and support Verification Analysts daily
- Oversee income, employment, and document verification
- Review files for discrepancies and potential concerns
- Monitor volume, accuracy, turnaround times, and quality
- Support escalations, training, and process improvements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous leadership, mentoring, or team lead experience
- Income and employment verification experience
- Financial documentation review experience
- Intermediate Microsoft 365 and Adobe proficiency
