The Finance Manager oversees day-to-day Finance operations for Inn Power, serving approximately 24,000 customers. This management role covers general accounting, payroll, budgets, audits, financial records, and asset safeguarding. The position supports CFO review and works across regulatory, purchasing, engineering, and management functions.
Key Responsibilities:- Assemble quarterly and year-end financial statements for CFO review
- Prepare annual and strategic budgets for CFO presentation
- Coordinate and review the annual audit
- Reconcile monthly financial records and resolve discrepancies
- Manage accounting staff and departmental policies
- Designated Accountant CPA qualification
- Minimum three years of management experience
- Knowledge of legislation, regulations, IFRS, and accounting principles
- Extensive computer skills across office and database software
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
