Support TD customers in Barrie as a Personal Banking Associate, using customer service and banking knowledge onsite, part time. Guide everyday banking needs.
TD Canada Trust seeks a Personal Banking Associate for its branch office. You will provide advice, complete service transactions, and connect customers with appropriate staff. The role includes digital education, problem resolution, banking solutions, and accurate processes. Customer relationships remain central to the work.
Key Responsibilities:- Engage customers in advice needs and service transactions
- Guide customers toward appropriate banking solutions and contacts
- Educate customers about mobile, ATM, and online banking
- Support scheduled cash and non-cash transactions
- Complete accurate processes and documentation under regulations
- High School diploma or one year relevant experience
- Complete IFC or equivalent within 90 days
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, branch software, and internet
- Knowledge of banking solutions and processes
- Strong customer experience and communication skills
