Property Standards Officer

As a Property Standards Officer with the City of Barrie, you will ensure compliance with municipal by-laws through thorough inspections and enforcement actions. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct inspections to ensure property compliance with regulations

• Enforce municipal by-laws regarding property maintenance

Requirements:

• Two years post-secondary education in law administration or similar

• At least three years’ experience in building inspections

• CPSO certification from OAPSO required
