Location: New Tecumseth
Begin your stylist career path with Supercuts as a Stylist in Training. This is a temporary 90-day position designed to offer training while ensuring excellent service to clients.
In this role, you will engage with customers, learn the salon's operational strategies, and maintain a clean environment. You'll observe seasoned stylists to develop skills necessary for growth within the field. A commitment to safety and exceptional customer experience will be key in your training.
Key Responsibilities:
• Observe experienced stylists for business insights
• Greet clients warmly and manage phone calls
• Ensure cleanliness and adherence to safety protocols
• Participate in salon operations and customer interaction
• Follow all imposed standards for hygiene and service
Requirements:
• Graduate from a recognized cosmetology program
• Must secure required licenses by hire date
• Ability to demonstrate sound judgment
• Effective communication skills are essential
• Flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends
