We are seeking a talented and passionate Barber/Stylist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will provide exceptional hair care services while creating a welcoming and friendly environment for our clients. Your expertise in hair styling, coupled with excellent customer service skills, will ensure that each client leaves satisfied and eager to return.

• Provide a range of hair services including cuts, trims, styling, and treatments tailored to client preferences.
• Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in the work area, tools, and equipment.
• Engage with clients to understand their needs and recommend suitable styles or products.
• Upsell hair care products and services to enhance the client experience and meet sales goals.
• Assist with front desk duties such as scheduling appointments, managing client records, and handling payments.
• Foster strong communication with clients to build rapport and encourage repeat visits.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in hair styling techniques and products.

• Proven experience as a Barber/Stylist with a strong portfolio of work.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to create a positive experience for clients.
• Proficient in various hair styling techniques and knowledge of sanitation practices.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
• Experience in retail sales is a plus, with an ability to upsell products confidently.
• Ability to manage front desk responsibilities efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• A valid cosmetology or barbering license is required.
