SALON MANAGER WHAT YOU'LL DO

You will be the heartbeat of the salon, managing all operations and providing leadership and tools for success.

• Lead by example, helping staff increase clientele and business performance.
• Focus on profitability and teach stylists the ins and outs of business.
• Provide all hair care services offered, ensuring the highest quality for each guest.
• Act as coach and mentor, fostering a positive work environment.
• Hire, recruit, train, and handle conflicts and client complaints professionally.

• Lead by example, customer service oriented, and resolve challenges with professionalism.
• Excellent training and team development skills, creating a positive work environment.
• Keep salon's bottom line in mind.
• Current cosmetology or barber license as required by state/provincial regulations.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Tech savvy and able to perform administrative tasks, including closing out system at end of day.
• Ability to read, write, and perform basic math.
• Available to travel for mandatory meetings and training sessions, including overnight travel.

• Good eyesight, including close vision, color vision, and ability to adjust focus.
• Standing, lifting, and reaching required; lifting 10-25 lbs occasionally.
• Comfortable with fragrances and chemicals used in treatments.
