Occupational Therapist
RNS Health Care Services Inc. is currently seeking a dedicated and skilled occupational therapist to join our dynamic rehabilitation team. In this community-based role, you’ll work with adult clients, supporting their independence and quality of life through personalized occupational therapy services.
Employment Type: Full‑time, part‑time, or casual – salaried or contractor. Enjoy the autonomy to manage your own schedule, with virtual/remote care options available where clinically appropriate.
Location: Beeton, Alliston and Bradford, York Region.
Base Pay Range: CA $85,000 – CA $100,000 per year.
Signing and Retention Bonus: $5,000.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy assessments in clients’ homes.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to promote independence and functionality.
- Recommend adaptive equipment, home modifications, and rehabilitation strategies.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver client‑centered care.
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation in compliance with professional and regulatory standards.
- Uphold ethical and professional standards as defined by COTO.
- Registered Occupational Therapist with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario (COTO).
- ADP authorization required.
- Experience working with adult populations in a community‑based setting.
- Excellent clinical judgment, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
- Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle for home visits within York Region.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
