  • The Opportunity:

    Reporting to the Director of Patient Services and Professional Practice, the Manager of Professional Practice will lead and coordinate the development and implementation of a professional practice model rooted in person centered care and best practice in the pursuit of professional practice excellence. This role will provide strategic oversight for clinical educators, clinical scholars, and clinical externs as well as build relationships and drive collaboration with leaders, staff, physicians, students/learners to facilitate interprofessional learning.

    In developing high quality orientation and training materials the successful applicant will partner closely with Learning & Engagement to ensure consistency across the organization in learning delivery and performance excellence.

    This role will also contribute and provide expertise to CGMH’s Hospital Development Team on aspects of clinical services as we build tomorrow today. Additionally, this role will support efforts to achieve Accreditation 2027.
