Massage Therapist - Licensed

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) to join our growing wellness team. The ideal candidate is passionate about helping clients achieve better health through therapeutic massage and is committed to delivering exceptional care in a professional and welcoming environment.

As part of our team, you will provide personalized massage treatments designed to relieve pain, reduce stress, promote relaxation, and improve overall well-being.

• Conduct client consultations and assessments to determine individual treatment needs and goals.
• Perform a variety of massage therapy treatments, including Swedish, deep tissue, sports, therapeutic, and other appropriate techniques.
• Create personalized treatment plans based on client assessments and progress.
• Ensure treatment rooms, equipment, linens, and supplies are clean, organized, and sanitized.
• Maintain the highest standards of professionalism, ethics, and client care.
• Collaborate with other healthcare and wellness professionals when appropriate to provide comprehensive client care.

• Current and valid Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) license/certification.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and therapeutic massage techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build strong relationships with clients and provide exceptional customer service.
• Professional, reliable, and committed to maintaining client confidentiality.
• Previous experience in a wellness clinic, or multidisciplinary practice is an asset but not required.
• Passion for health, wellness, and helping clients achieve their treatment goals.
