CGMH seeks a dedicated leader to manage mental health and regional initiatives. This role encompasses collaboration with various partners to enhance outpatient services, including intensive case management and group programming. You will play a critical part in mental health integration within the Emergency Department and support the development of the new regional chemotherapy site.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop partnerships with regional healthcare providers
• Oversee outpatient mental health programming
• Lead crisis services within the Emergency Department
• Design and plan new regional chemotherapy site
• Manage integration of dialysis services locally
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in health-related discipline
• Registration with Ontario College of Nurses or Social Workers
• Knowledge of clinical nursing standards
• Proven experience in managing regional programs
• Strong communication and problem solving skills
