Become a vital Evening Attendant with ILS in Ontario, providing critical support to adults living with disabilities. This part-time role embraces your compassion and flexibility, assisting clients to thrive in their homes.

This ILS position requires 30 hours bi-weekly, with predefined schedules, allowing you to engage effectively with diverse clients personalized assistance. Through supporting daily living activities, you will foster independence and uphold dignity for seniors and adults with disabilities within the community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide essential non-medical support for daily living

• Assist with individualized service plans at client homes

• Ensure privacy and confidentiality at all times

• Collaborate with clients and their families for care

• Manage time effectively for optimal support

Requirements:

• Certification as a Personal Support Worker or equivalent experience

• Current First Aid and CPR Level C Certification

• 3000 hours of relevant healthcare experience

• Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
