Location:

Barrie.

Work hours:

7 shifts (up to 42 hours) bi‑weekly between 7 pm and 7 am, mandatory nights and overnight shifts.

• Minimum rate of pay: $24.63 per hour.

• Developmental Service Worker diploma or an acceptable educational equivalence (Child and Youth Worker, Early Childhood Education, Social Service Worker, Nursing, Psychology, Personal Support Worker, etc.).
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
• Must attend team meetings and training during daytime hours.
• Valid class “G” driver’s licence and reliable transportation is an asset.
• Must upload diplomas/degrees with length specified.

• Provide support to individuals with intellectual disabilities across all aspects of daily living within a group home setting.
• Support individuals during overnight shifts, personal care, household duties, meal preparation and financial management.
• Assist individuals to appointments or community events to foster connections.
